About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a pivotal impact on healthcare clients by driving the implementation and optimization of Epic revenue cycle solutions. Your expertise will guide front-end patient access through back-end billing and collections, ensuring seamless operations that enhance client outcomes. You will collaborate with diverse teams to analyze workflows and deliver tailored solutions that address specific needs in healthcare technology. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in improving healthcare delivery through effective technology strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
  • 4+ years of Epic revenue cycle experience in an implementation, optimization, or analyst capacity.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Epic revenue cycle applications.
  • Working knowledge across front-end, middle, and back-end revenue cycle functions.
  • Experience supporting at least one full Epic implementation or significant optimization project.
  • Strong working knowledge of Epic revenue cycle applications including Cadence, Prelude, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, and/or Revenue Guardian.
  • Understanding of revenue cycle workflows, healthcare reimbursement models, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Epic reporting and analytics tools.
  • Ability to configure Epic workflows, rules, and system settings.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Epic revenue cycle applications across front-end, middle, and back-end functions.
  • Support multiple concurrent Epic implementation or optimization projects.
  • Analyze current-state workflows and recommend Epic-enabled solutions.
  • Build and test Epic configurations including Patient Access, HIM, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Resolute applications.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, client staff, and technical resources.
  • Support go-live activities including command center support and issue resolution.
  • Identify and resolve system issues, working with Epic and internal technical teams as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge management and best practice documentation.
