About The Position

The Senior Health Plan Analyst for the US Family Health Plan (USFHP) at Providence St. Joseph Health plays a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing the quality program. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field or allied health.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis in a medical group practice setting.
• Experience with chronic disease registries and metrics.
• Experience with electronic reporting tools for generating reports from a warehouse-type database.
• Familiarity with HEDIS, URAC, NCQA, and/or other quality-related national standards.
• Clinic operations experience is highly desirable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of military health systems and their quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with the quality program for US Family Health Plan at PacMed.
• Prepare the annual quality plan and annual quality report.
• Develop and analyze reports and projects related to quality improvement.
• Make presentations to providers, leadership, and staff regarding quality initiatives.
• Develop and present materials to clinical and nonclinical staff to improve quality.
• Monitor results for improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Collaborate with the Defense Health Agency and other stakeholders to report and share data.
