Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science preferred
• ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification required
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required

Nice To Haves

• Group exercise experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
• Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
• Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
• Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
• Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
• Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal-setting
• Support CFW Culture and initiatives
