About The Position
MP is a full-service HR and payroll services provider, headquartered in Beverly, MA. Our powerful HCM platform and team of HR professionals provide a full range of solutions from payroll and time and attendance to benefits administration, talent acquisition, HR consulting services and more to help clients reduce risk, ensure compliance, and streamline operations. The Senior HCM Implementation Consultant will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their MP solution. As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution, with a primary focus on HR, time and attendance and payroll business processes. This person must provide exceptional, seamless service for the clients and all of their needs and have a deep knowledge of the implementation lifecycle. As a collaborative senior level professional at MP, you will partner with the operations, sales and service teams to ensure flawless implementations for our customers.
