About The Position

This individual independently plans, performs the moderately-defined responsibility for the designing of a complete and complex framework, system or product. Defines processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility. Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications. Determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. Conceives system interfaces and business application prototypes. Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses. Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems. Provides multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives. Acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with five (5) years of progressive experience in a related occupation.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
