As a Senior Engineering Program Manager you will plan, lead, and manage engineering development programs. You will take an active role in leading a cross functional team, within NetApp's matrix organization, focused on driving program execution from definition through successful release and transfer to operations. This is a challenging position working in a very fast paced environment, with the opportunity to utilize your experience as a subject matter expert to positively influence team goals, as well as greater business outcomes. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in managing cross-functional teams and implementing innovative solutions to address any challenges that may arise.
