About The Position

We are seeking an energetic Hardware Engineer to support the development of a COTS‑based test‑system platform that emulates tactical equipment. What You Will Be Doing In this role you will design, assemble, and validate hardware using commercial off‑the-shelf modules while interfacing with a variety of aerospace and defense communications standards such as ARINC 429/664, CAN, RS‑232, and related signal families. You will generate and maintain accurate wiring diagrams, redline updates, and bill‑of‑materials revisions, collaborating closely with peer engineers. Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical field experience
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Experience designing and building hardware with commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) modules.
Familiarity with aerospace/defense interface standards such as ARINC 429/664, CAN, RS‑232, MIL‑STD‑1553, etc.
Ability to create and maintain wiring diagrams, redline updates, and bill‑of‑materials revisions.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading a small team or managing a technical project, coordinating tasks and schedules.
Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders outside the department, building consensus and clear communication channels.
Strong presentation skills for briefings to senior leadership, customers, and government officials.
Familiarity with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes, including budget tracking and reporting.
