About The Position

We’re looking for a highly skilled, reliable Senior Handyman who takes pride in quality work and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys working independently, solving problems on-site, and being the go-to professional homeowners trust to get the job done right the first time.

You’ll be handling a variety of residential repair and improvement projects while representing a premium, service-focused brand in the Phoenix Valley.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on handyman or residential repair experience
• Strong all-around skillset (carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for job notes, photos, and scheduling
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform trade work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable and accountable — shows up and follows through
• Detail-oriented — takes pride in clean, professional work
• Efficient but not rushed — balances speed with quality
• Customer-focused — understands this is a service business
• Problem solver — can think on their feet in the field

Nice To Haves

• Arizona ROC license is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of home repairs and maintenance:
• Drywall repair & patching
• Painting & touch-ups
• Door, trim, and hardware repairs
• Minor plumbing & electrical
• Fixture, fan, and appliance installs
• General punch-list work
• Diagnose issues and clearly communicate solutions to customers
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensure job sites are clean, protected, and left better than you found them
• Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners
• Set expectations and deliver on them
• Identify additional work opportunities when appropriate (light upselling)
• Represent the brand with a white-glove, service-first mindset
