SUMMARY Our GTM team owns a constantly evolving technology stack that we leverage to maximize team productivity. As a Senior GTM Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the Systems strategy and roadmap as a business partner for some of our GTM functions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a scalable, high-impact, technology stack that supports efficient, customer-focused processes and aligns seamlessly with other company systems. In this role, you’ll foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment, prioritize innovation, and drive continuous improvement toward world-class GTM solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience of success in Program Management or Business Systems roles
  • A strong personal passion for technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity in a business setting.
  • Proven experience managing GTM tools (e.g. Enrichment, Forecasting and Engagement tools), with a focus on optimizing systems and processes that largely tie back to Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Comfortable balancing immediate needs with a future vision, managing around ambiguity, and resourceful to create processes to support complex systems, prioritizing solutions that make the most impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries where appropriate for senior stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, that excels at documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM tooling strategy for the teams you support: Design, manage and execute on a roadmap, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness
  • Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through to completion, partnering cross-functionally with GTM, IT, Procurement and BI teams as appropriate
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides to minimize institutional knowledge and maximize consistency.
  • Establish yourself as a key resource within the GTM team for best practices and industry standards around scaling through tools
