About The Role WEKA is building a world-class GTM engine to match the pace of our product and market momentum. The Sr. Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations will serve as a strategic connector partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure GTM strategies are effectively understood, aligned, and executed across the organization. This individual will report into the Sr. Director of GTM Strategy & Operations and will support the design and implementation of the GTM operating model in close partnership with Revenue Operations and other functional leaders, helping to drive GTM planning, communications, and execution company-wide. They will help translate strategic priorities into clear operating rhythms, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help ensure teams share a consistent understanding of goals, metrics, and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate is a trusted collaborator and systems thinker who thrives on building alignment, improving clarity, and enabling others to execute effectively.
