The GTM Strategy & Planning team serves as the strategic backbone of Vanta's go-to-market organization. We lead annual and long-term planning, shape growth strategy and expansion bets, design and oversee pilot and innovation programs, and provide executive-ready frameworks for decision-making. By orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, surfacing risks and opportunities, and advising on future-state organizational design, we ensure GTM resources are focused on the highest-leverage opportunities to drive predictable, sustainable growth. The team also partners closely with GTM Leadership and Enablement to elevate the GTM employee experience through scalable engagement, recognition, and operational excellence programs—such as QBRs, CKO, President's Club, and GTM culture initiatives—that strengthen motivation, alignment, and connection across all customer-facing teams.
