About the position

As Rubrik continues to rapidly grow, most of the problems we face have ambiguous causes and unknown solutions—we cannot pattern-match our way to winning. This role is responsible to evaluate various predictive, generative AI technologies drive sales productivity. This role requires a mix of strategic, cross-functional work and hands-on operational execution. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Data and IT teams to define, build, and test AI-powered sales use cases, ensuring practical and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and build high-impact AI-driven sales use cases: Work with Sales and cross-functional teams to pinpoint areas where AI can enhance productivity, efficiency, and revenue generation. Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions into sales workflows and CRM systems: Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions that improve account targeting, forecasting, pipeline management, and lead scoring. Work with data engineers and IT system architects to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to implement and optimize AI models: Partner with technical teams to build and refine models that enhance sales decision-making. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
  • Establish KPIs to measure AI-driven solutions' efficacy and continuously improve them: Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions based on insights from adoption and impact analysis.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends and best practices: Keep up with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven sales strategies to bring cutting-edge solutions to Rubrik.
  • Enable the Field Sales team: Work directly with sales and internal stakeholders to educate/empower them on how and to leverage Rubrik’s AI solutions. Build internal AI champions and seek their feedback to tune and optimize our models/solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in using GenAI, Data Science or Sales Operations.
  • Experience evaluating LLMs, AI solutions, and agentic AI systems.
  • Understanding of ML training lifecycles and integration into enterprise workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL, or data processing tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A sense of agency, relentlessness, and an innovation-driven mindset to push boundaries and create impactful AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience in high-growth environments or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Sales/GTM systems is a plus.
