Squint is hiring our first GTM Recruiter to lead and scale our hiring efforts. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruiting operations & strategy, supporting full-cycle hiring for key roles, and partnering closely with leadership to build a high-quality, high-velocity pipeline. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, systems-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing startup environment. You should have experience managing high-performing recruiting processes, strong intuition around hiring quality and bar-raising standards, and a proactive approach to candidate experience and stakeholder communication. Must be comfortable working out of our Downtown SF office Monday through Friday.
