Job Details: We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Lead GTM Recruiter to support InvoiceCloud’s Sales and Go-To-Market organizations. This role plays a critical part in scaling high-performing Sales and GTM teams, owning full-cycle recruiting for business-critical Sales (including Enterprise level talent), Marketing, Revenue Operations and GTM enablement functions and serving as a trusted, consultative hiring partner to GTM leadership with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Sales and GTM recruiting within a SaaS environment, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and applies a consultative, high-urgency recruiting approach to quickly learn the business, influence hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
