About The Position

The Senior AI Go to Market Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing the Go-to-Market strategy for Lenovo's AI initiatives in North America and Latin America. This position involves close collaboration with North America and Latin America 4P & sales teams, focusing on Retail, Telco, Value Added Resellers (VAR's) and Lenovo.com. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end Go-to-Market plans that build on Lenovo's PC and mobile device offerings to form a holistic offer. The role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively translate marketing messaging into actionable sales initiatives while also collaborating with 4P Managers to set and achieve financial and business objectives. The preferred locations for this role are Morrisville, NC and Chicago, IL. This role is hybrid, 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of success in GTM, Marketing, Product Positioning or Sales experience in Consumer ecosystem/attach-style IT product category (AI solutions experience preferred)
  • Experience creating and pitching persuasive and detailed GTM strategic plans in PowerPoint at the executive level

Responsibilities

  • Work with GEO Sales, 4P, and Product Segments to establish annual AI launch plans with detailed initiative, resource planning, and clear and quantifiable success metrics for Consumer, SMB and REL Segments sales routes.
  • Collaborate with all relevant internal organizations to ensure proper inclusion of AI Ecosystem messaging in their messaging & events.
  • Work with GEO teams to drive AI Ecosystem awareness/training opportunities and support those activities with relevant materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell Lenovo's AI products.
  • Support all routes to market including internal & channel sales, eCommerce, telco & retail routes.
  • Establish feedback loops with all stakeholders to ensure refinement of messaging, assets, and sales channel needs to swifter ramp.
  • Drive excitement around the AI Ecosystem product internally & externally through GTM activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust Go-to-Market strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment towards shared objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to management on go-to-market performance and strategic initiatives.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $175,000 - $207,000
