NVIDIA’s Global Systems Integrator (GSI) team is seeking an experienced Senior GSI Operations Manager to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility across a complex network of channel partners and distributors. This position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA sales management, marketing, solution architects, global & vertical teams, OEMs, and Distributors to support sales execution and operationalize revenue goals for the company. This role is central to the operational health of the GSI business. While this is not a quota-carrying sales position, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the partnership pipeline, deriving actionable insights using Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau, and ensuring data hygiene across the organization. Additionally, you will maintain the operational playbook for GSI Partner Business Managers (PBMs) to ensure alignment on sales processes and reporting!

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or Business Analysis.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid skills in Salesforce report generation, dashboard management, and data hygiene.
  • Familiarity or previous work experience with Tableau.
  • Advanced skills in creating and managing complex Excel worksheets (modeling, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Proven solid skills in crafting visual presentations for internal executive sales tracking and reporting.
  • Business-level understanding of NVIDIA hardware and software as they relate to Generative AI and AI Simulation applications.
  • Self-motivated with strong execution capability and the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Framework Experience: Working knowledge of comprehensive partner tracking frameworks (such as the 5P model) to monitor strategy, execution, and performance.
  • GSI Background: Experience working directly with Global Systems Integrators or a strong industry background in the partner channel
  • Agility: Ability to act fast, learn quickly, and adapt to a constantly evolving technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Administration: Oversee the operational administration of a shared pipeline of opportunities with NVIDIA’s GSI partnerships. Schedule and run periodic pipeline review calls with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and present insights using SFDC and Tableau to highlight key trends, potential challenges, and forecast accuracy to leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean SFDC GSI partner instance, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. Monitor opportunity stages to ensure compliance with pipeline hygiene standards.
  • Process Standardization: Standardize sales engagement and reporting processes across multiple partnership types.
  • Enablement: Actively maintain and update the playbook for GSI PBMs, ensuring the team is well-trained on SFDC entry protocols and guidelines.
