The Strategic Revenue Engagements (Elevate) team drives high-impact strategies that support ServiceNow’s long-term revenue growth through strategy and execution, innovative programs and operational excellence. The Senior Growth Program Manager, Strategic Revenue Engagements analyzes partnership investments and business unit spending patterns to identify reciprocal revenue opportunities, builds qualification systems to prioritize them, and manages execution from commitment to close. You'll also lead straightforward buy/sell deals to support Regional capacity. The complexity: Geo leaders need actionable intelligence fast, while legal, finance, and BUs have competing priorities—you'll be the bridge. In practice, you'll spend roughly 40% building BU relationships and analyzing partnership spend to surface opportunities, and 60% managing and leading deal execution across functions — from qualification through close.
