In this position... We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager, API Platform who owns the product end-to-end and consistently ships high-quality, customer loved products. This is a hybrid position requiring an onsite schedule of 4 days a week Palo Alto, CA office or in the Dearborn, MI. This is not a remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Management Science, Information Management.
  • 7 years in product management (e.g. API/data platform, SaaS) including > 3 years people leadership.
  • Proficient with analytics and defining/monitoring KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of privacy/security (GDPR/CCPA) and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and influence in matrixed environments, customer-obsessed and outcomes-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B Growth PM experience with demonstrated success commercializing and scaling enterprise integration APIs.
  • Experience with product-search/indexing and technical SEO experience (crawlability, structured data, web performance, faceted navigation).
  • expertise in scalable data ingestion and API lifecycle management (REST and event streaming), including gateways, versioning/deprecation, backward compatibility, and developer integration/debugging.
  • Deep knowledge of fleet management, vehicle health, advanced diagnostics, and prognostics.
  • Experience building and managing developer ecosystems (portals, sample code) at scale to improve developer experience.
  • Strong familiarity with modern data stacks, distributed systems, and reliability concepts (SLOs, error budgets) using tools like Grafana, Datadog.
  • Leadership skills bridging engineering, commercial teams, and developer users, with the analytical ability to align stakeholders on trade-offs.
  • Large-scale agile and international launch experience, capable of handling localization, data residency, and support legal with privacy impact assessment.
