Requirements

  • Proven expertise in paid social, with deep knowledge of platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, Quora).
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, from initial setup through to optimization and reporting.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS space, with an understanding of security buyers and the cloud market.
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable with analyzing large data sets and translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative generation, performance optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights simply, clearly, and persuasively.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale North America’s paid social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, and Quora with pipeline as the goal.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROAS, with a track record of scaling to $XM+ in ad spend.
  • Develop and define strategic audience segments, leveraging platform-specific tools and data-driven insights to precisely target and engage high-value prospects.
  • Leverage AI to improve copy, create ads, automate budget allocation, and prioritize leads.
  • Analyze and present performance data to uncover insights, influence strategy, and inform future investments.
  • Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap to test targeting, creative, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with PMM, Brand, Campaigns, and ABM teams to align on messaging, offer, and creative testing.
  • Stay ahead of trends and maintain insight into the evolving paid social landscape, including AI-driven ad platforms, privacy changes, and new formats.
