We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us drive customer acquisition and business growth through paid social, YouTube, and ABM campaigns. This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital campaigns, with a focus on experimentation, optimization, and delivering measurable impact. In addition to leading our paid social efforts, you'll play a key role in scaling our ABM programs—partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify high-value accounts, develop targeted campaigns, and personalize messaging that drives engagement and pipeline. The right candidate is hands-on, analytical, and excited to uncover new growth opportunities while continuously improving performance across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role that's critical to achieving our growth goals—and an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves data-driven problem solving, and is motivated by owning outcomes from start to finish. This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week in our San Francisco office and 4 days working remotely. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
