As a Senior Growth Marketer – Lifecycle & Automation at TLDR, you will be responsible for building and scaling our marketing automation engine. Your mission is to engage, nurture, and convert potential prospects into customers through automated lifecycle journeys. You will act as our automation architect, designing outbound sequences, building intelligent nurture flows, cleaning and segmenting lists, and ensuring every lead receives the right message at the right time. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and systems, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to create scalable campaigns, experiment with segmentation, and ensure compliance.
