About The Position

As a Senior Growth Marketer – Lifecycle & Automation at TLDR, you will be responsible for building and scaling our marketing automation engine. Your mission is to engage, nurture, and convert potential prospects into customers through automated lifecycle journeys. You will act as our automation architect, designing outbound sequences, building intelligent nurture flows, cleaning and segmenting lists, and ensuring every lead receives the right message at the right time. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and systems, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to create scalable campaigns, experiment with segmentation, and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in lifecycle, growth, or marketing automation roles in B2B SaaS, media, or tech.
  • Expert in email marketing and copywriting.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (we use HubSpot).
  • Experience using AI to scale marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Analytical mindset: able to design experiments, measure performance, and continuously optimize.
  • Collaborative and proactive: you spot opportunities, build systems, and make them scale.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales engagement tools (ie. Amplemarket, Outreach, Salesloft).

Responsibilities

  • Build Lifecycle Campaigns: Design automated nurture emails for inbound leads who don’t book meetings, and re-engage those who ghost AEs.
  • Expand Engagement Programs: Send quarterly updates (e.g., media kits) and create segmented campaigns by product type, persona, or use case.
  • Automate Sales Sequences: Build and optimize outbound sequences in Amplemarket.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Partner with team members to ensure fields and workflows in Amplemarket are structured correctly.
  • Clean & Segment Lists: Maintain marketing database hygiene and improve list quality.
  • Work with RevOps: Align on reporting, data, and system improvements.
