We produce video content, run paid ad campaigns, lead social media, and own the lifecycle email strategy that keeps customers engaged. The Role & Responsibilities We're hiring a Senior Growth Designer to lead the connection between Creative and Growth Marketing. You'll build performance creative for paid channels, develop testing strategy, and make sure our brand translates clearly and consistently into effective work. The role combines strategic and hands-on elements equally. You'll set direction and ship work. You'll partner closely with our Growth team and agency partners, drive alignment across functions, and adapt quickly without sacrificing quality or compliance. A perfect candidate checks these boxes: Data-driven — You build relationships with Growth and agency partners to understand what performance metrics actually matter, and you use that knowledge to advise creative decisions. Testing-forward — You have a strong performance background and a clear point of view on how to get actionable results. You know how to iterate on live creative to keep improving. Ambitious — You don't wait for answers — you find them. You pitch your own solutions, set your own goals, and are motivated by the work itself. Flexible — You handle multiple projects at once without dropping quality. You respond quickly to feedback, ship edits fast, and adapt as priorities shift. Detail-oriented — Our industry is highly regulated. Nothing goes live without full legal clearance, and you take that seriously. You stay in sync with our process and flag issues before they become problems. Great taste — You're involved in casting actors for our advertising. You can tell what will land with an audience and what won't. Curious — You actively explore new AI tools to improve your output and stay ahead of what's possible.

Requirements

  • Strong brand sensibility — you can work within guidelines and push them forward thoughtfully
  • Mastery of the full Adobe suite and Figma
  • Experience in non-digital formats, including Direct Mail and OOH
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for editing, avatars, video correction, and prompt generation

Nice To Haves

  • Motion graphics experience, from short animations to complex video editing
  • Experience building and optimizing web landing pages in Framer or Webflow
