The Senior Group Manager, Servicing Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the loan servicing department, ensuring efficient processing and servicing of motorcycle loans. This role involves developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency. The manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of loan servicing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Additionally, the position requires ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, overseeing customer service operations, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of loan servicing operations.

  • Manage the daily operations of the loan servicing department.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in servicing operations.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures.
  • Experience with audit management and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with financial services and loan origination processes is preferred.
  • Experience in founding, co-founding or working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycle, ATVs UTVs, PWCs).
  • Experience in a FinTech startup.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of Data Scientists and Risk Analysts.
  • Master's degree or Advanced Professional degree.
