The Sr. Group Manager, Genesis House Operations and Strategy reports to the Director, Genesis Brand Experience, Genesis House & Studios and provides management support of the overall operations and strategy for Genesis House and Studios with responsibility for all aspects of the facility operations, including planning, tactical execution, guest and employee satisfaction, guest experience, and agency/vendor management. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of guest experience strategy and Genesis brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, implementing operational efficiencies, and increasing financial performance. Manages multiple operations/service vendor and local staff while overseeing strategy and priorities. The position supports Genesis operations plans, ensuring resources are leveraged and coordinates proactive operations activities, when appropriate, improve guest experience, improve internal and strengthen internal protocol and governance, and drive customer volume in Genesis House. This position will also ensure that all initiatives align with Genesis global standards and successfully position the Genesis brand. Builds loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.
