About The Position
CHANEL is on the hunt for a visionary leader to join our US Tech Organization as the Senior Group Director of Portfolio Management and Performance. This is your chance to drive cutting-edge Technology Strategy, align priorities with the US CIO Office, Divisional Partners, and the Global CIO Office Community, and lead the charge in Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, and Product guidance. In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of 1-2 direct reports, collaborate with the Tech Leadership Team, and leaders across Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty (F&B), Watches & Fine Jewelry (W&FJ), and Corporate Teams. This Senior Group Director will oversee Portfolio Governance, ensuring seamless alignment with Finance and Procurement partners to optimize resources and performance metrics. Plus, you'll work closely with the Chanel US Transformation Office and Global and Regional CIO offices to secure our 2030 strategic vision, uncover cost savings, and elevate data quality. Minimum of 12 years' experience with 8+ years in IT portfolio management or governance, and 2+ years in people management.
