Requirements

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and applicable design platforms.
• Advanced understanding of composition, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in design, whether in an agency, in-house, or freelance.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing for the gaming industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute complex campaigns and high-profile projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate and client expectations while adhering to budgets and deadlines.
• Assist Creative Management in managing daily workloads and resolving design, timeline, or production issues.
• Provide creative supervision to Designers and Artists, proactively anticipating and addressing creative challenges.
• Maintain property brand standards by ensuring that design needs are met while communicating project status and delivery information to clients and internal teams.
• Train and educate employees on design techniques and print capabilities, while staying updated on design trends and generating high-quality comps for presentations or reviews.
