Consumers are adopting the pouch form factor at scale, and many are now seeking nicotine-free functional benefits in a pouch. Ultra is positioned to lead that wave. As Senior Graphic Designer at ULTRA , you will own how the brand shows up visually across every consumer touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and execution , responsible for translating ULTRA’s positioning and creative direction into distinctive, high-impact visual work that scales across channels. You’ll bring ideas to life through design systems, layouts, typography, and visual storytelling across paid media, organic social, influencer content, lifecycle, and retail-adjacent surfaces. You won’t just make things look good, you’ll help ensure ULTRA’s visual language is clear, consistent, and built to perform. You’ll work closely with Creative Strategy, Growth, and Media teams to ensure designs are on-brand, differentiated, and optimized for how they are actually used. This is a role for someone who combines strong taste with speed, craft, and adaptability.
