The market shift is massive: nicotine pouch sales are up 3,000% since 2019 and projected to reach $20B by 2026. Consumers are adopting the pouch form factor at scale, and many are now seeking nicotine-free functional benefits in a pouch. Ultra is positioned to lead that wave. As Senior Graphic Designer at ULTRA , you will own how the brand shows up visually across every consumer touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and execution , responsible for translating ULTRA’s positioning and creative direction into distinctive, high-impact visual work that scales across channels. You’ll bring ideas to life through design systems, layouts, typography, and visual storytelling across paid media, organic social, influencer content, lifecycle, and retail-adjacent surfaces. You won’t just make things look good, you’ll help ensure ULTRA’s visual language is clear, consistent, and built to perform. You’ll work closely with Creative Strategy, Growth, and Media teams to ensure designs are on-brand, differentiated, and optimized for how they are actually used. This is a role for someone who combines strong taste with speed, craft, and adaptability.

Requirements

  • You have strong experience as a graphic designer for consumer, CPG, wellness, or DTC brands.
  • You have a sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • You can execute quickly without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • You understand how design functions in performance environments, not just brand decks.
  • You collaborate well with strategists, marketers, and media teams.
  • You have strong taste, but you’re practical and impact-oriented.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

  • Visual Design & Brand Execution Own the execution of visual assets across paid media, organic social, lifecycle, and retail surfaces.
  • Translate brand strategy and creative direction into clear, compelling visual systems .
  • Ensure all work reflects ULTRA’s tone, positioning, and visual identity.
  • Design Systems & Consistency Maintain and evolve ULTRA’s visual language, including typography, layout, color, and asset usage.
  • Build scalable design frameworks that allow for fast iteration without sacrificing brand quality.
  • Ensure consistency across channels while adapting designs to platform-specific needs.
  • Performance-Aware Design Partner with Growth and Media teams to design assets informed by performance insights.
  • Iterate quickly on creative based on feedback, testing results, and learnings.
  • Balance aesthetic quality with clarity, readability, and conversion-focused design principles.
  • Creative Production & Collaboration Design high-quality assets for designers, editors, creators, and external partners to build from.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Strategy and Art Direction to bring narratives to life visually.
  • Support rapid creative production cycles while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Influencer, UGC & Creator Support Design templates, visual frameworks, and reference assets for UGC and influencer content.
  • Ensure creator-facing visuals feel native, authentic, and aligned with the brand.
  • Adapt designs to emerging formats and platforms as they evolve.
