About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can translate complex technology into visually compelling stories across events, campaigns, presentations, and digital touchpoints. You'll be the creative force behind how DDN shows up in the world—from trade show booths and keynote presentations to social ads and marketing collateral. This role requires versatility, craft excellence, and the ability to work within DDN's Creator archetype brand system while bringing fresh creative thinking to every project. You'll balance high-volume production demands with strategic creative execution, ensuring every piece of work elevates our customers' breakthroughs, not just our capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience in agency, in-house creative team, or B2B tech environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, and diverse project types
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong typography, layout, and composition skills with attention to detail
  • Experience designing for events, presentations, campaigns, and digital/social platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Experience in B2B tech, enterprise software, or technology sectors
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with Figma for UI/web design projects
  • Understanding of print production and large-format output requirements
  • Experience working within established brand systems while maintaining creative flexibility
  • Background working with technical audiences and translating complex concepts visually

Responsibilities

  • Design event experiences including booth graphics, signage, and sponsorship activations
  • Create presentation decks for sales, executive communications, and customer-facing content
  • Develop campaign assets across digital and print including landing pages, emails, ads, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Design social media content that drives engagement while maintaining brand consistency
  • Produce marketing collateral including brochures, data sheets, infographics, and sales enablement materials
  • Execute work within DDN's established brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Apply typography, color, iconography, and photography standards with precision
  • Maintain brand integrity while finding creative solutions within the system
  • Collaborate with brand team to evolve visual language as the brand grows
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions contributing visual ideas and creative solutions
  • Translate strategic briefs and messaging frameworks into compelling visual narratives
  • Develop multiple design directions when needed to support decision-making
  • Think conceptually about how design can elevate storytelling and drive business results
  • Deliver production-ready files that meet technical specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries for team efficiency
  • Ensure all work is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule
  • Prepare files for print production, digital deployment, and large-format output
  • Work closely with copywriters, UX designers, and creative directors to bring concepts to life
  • Partner with product marketing, demand gen, and sales teams to understand project objectives
  • Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback while maintaining creative vision
  • Support junior designers with guidance, feedback, and mentorship
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and B2B creative best practices
  • Explore AI-enabled workflows and tools to improve efficiency and creative output
  • Maintain a high bar for craft across typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Share knowledge and resources that elevate the entire creative team
