The Walt Disney Company’s Employee Communications team is responsible for ideating, creating, and distributing content that elevates the Disney employee experience. The Sr. Specialist, Employee Communications, will assist in developing, driving, and tracking a wide range of internal communications designed to inform, engage, and inspire employees – our most hardworking brand ambassadors. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop compelling, visually engaging design solutions in alignment with corporate brand standards, ensuring consistency without sacrificing creativity. Additionally, this individual must be a team player, able to prioritize multiple projects and deliverables with speed and agility while bringing a project’s strategies, goals, and objectives to life. This position reports to the Manager, Creative Planning & Graphic Design. This is a full-time role.
