About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Greater Washington Marketing team. You will join a team of twelve marketing professionals. You will report to a Marketing Manager and focus on leading visual development for winning proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in the AEC industry focused on proposals and business development.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Word and PowerPoint.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic layout, creative design, and winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for proposals, qualifications, presentations and interview materials.
• Translate technical and strategic content into compelling visual narratives aligned with Parametrix branding.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to conceptualize and build pursuit strategies.
• Manage multiple concurrent deadlines and prioritize design tasks.
