At Insulet, makers of Omnipod, we're redefining what's possible in MedTech—creating breakthrough, award-winning work that speaks directly to consumers, healthcare professionals, and payers. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be a key contributor in activating the Omnipod and Insulet brands across a wide range of touchpoints, helping to elevate our creative output and inspire those living with diabetes. You'll join a growing in-house creative team within the Global Marketing Excellence (GME) group, where we're building a powerhouse of design talent. You'll bring your expertise in multi-channel design—across digital, web, print, social, and experiential—to help shape compelling campaigns and brand experiences. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and purpose-driven.

  • Create visually impactful, on-brand assets that support marketing initiatives across consumer, HCP, and payer audiences.
  • Help evolve and maintain the Omnipod and Insulet brand design systems.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, digital, and corporate communications teams.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and freelancers.
  • Bring fresh thinking and a mobile-first mindset to every project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution.
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with PowerPoint, Figma or similar tools.
  • Strong graphic design thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print, including social media, web, email, packaging, and event materials.
  • Passion for brands and bringing them to life in compelling ways that drive target adoption.
  • Empathy for customers, especially those living with chronic conditions like diabetes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience working within a global brand framework.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design systems.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
  • Passion for and interest in AI and how it is changing the creative world.
  • Creative mindset - thinks outside the box - interested in bringing new ideas to the organization.
  • Hybrid working arrangements with on-site work from an Insulet office.
  • Base salary range of $84,375.00 - $126,562.50.
