About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer at Caesars Entertainment is responsible for developing creative concepts and leading projects while mentoring junior designers. The designer will collaborate closely with the creative team and account executives to produce standout campaigns and presentations, while also contributing to strategic branding efforts.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Portfolio of completed design projects.
• Hands-on experience with image editing software.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., InDesign).
• Ability to utilize project management software (Wrike or similar).
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Attention to visual details.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
• Take on appropriate projects and own them from start to finish.
• Understand and follow brand standards, brand guidelines, and toolkits.
• Manage multiple projects, tasks, and functions effectively.
• Follow business objectives, communication strategy, and creative briefs.
• Use strong analytical thinking skills to develop compelling design solutions.
• Manage and work independently under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design explorations to find the strongest creative response.
• Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.
• Work with designers to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
• Mentor team members and help them achieve agency creative standards.
