About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer- Artwork Specialist with deep expertise in artwork creation and graphic design excellence to join the Flora Food Group Design team. This role requires more than technical delivery: we are seeking a designer with exceptional graphic design taste, a strong command of typography, and a deep understanding of graphic design principles—someone who can translate high-level creative direction into beautifully crafted, refined, and elegant artwork. You will work closely with the Head of Design & Consumer Experience and the wider design team, contributing across all brands in the Flora Food Group portfolio, in a collaborative, dynamic, and enjoyable environment where we aim to create disruptive, unique, and boldly differentiated design languages.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong focus on graphic design and artwork execution
  • Outstanding graphic design skills, with deep knowledge of fonts, typography, layout, and design rules
  • Proven ability to translate high-level design direction into beautifully crafted, elegant, and detailed artwork
  • Strong sensitivity to brand tone, visual language, and stylistic variation across different brands
  • Solid understanding of print and pre-print processes, production constraints, and execution best practices
  • Highly detail-oriented, quality-driven, and passionate about delivering best-in-class work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and positive team environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular mastery of:
  • Adobe Illustrator (essential)
  • Adobe Photoshop (essential)
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Strong ability to manage complex artwork files, layers, linked assets, and production-ready outputs
  • Deep understanding of print and pre-print requirements, including file setup and export standards
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows applied to graphic design and artwork creation
  • Experience using AI as a support tool for exploration, iteration, and execution efficiency, not as a replacement for design thinking or craft
  • Ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet brand, quality, and execution standards
  • Openness and curiosity toward emerging creative technologies, with a strong understanding of when and how to use them responsibly within a professional design environment

Nice To Haves

  • 3D design capabilities (e.g., basic modeling, rendering, or working with 3D assets)
  • Illustration skills, whether digital or hand-drawn, applied to brand or packaging work
  • Experience collaborating with CGI or 3D workflows for packaging or brand visuals
  • Advanced AI or generative workflows are a plus, but strong graphic design fundamentals and execution excellence remain essential.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver outstanding artworks and graphic designs across multiple brands, formats, and variants
  • Translate high-level design concepts, brand platforms, and creative direction into refined, elegant, and production-ready artworks
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of typography, including font selection, hierarchy, spacing, and readability
  • Interpret and adapt different graphic styles and visual languages depending on the brand, while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Own the artwork process from design development through to final print-ready files, ensuring excellence at every stage
  • Apply strong attention to detail to elevate execution through craft, balance, and precision
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Design & Consumer Experience and the broader design team to deliver bold and distinctive outcomes
  • Bring passion, curiosity, and a willingness to go the extra mile to continuously raise the bar on quality and execution
