Tidal Basin’s Grants and Program Management (GPM) Division is looking for an experienced Senior Grant Manager to support or lead HUD CDBG-DR programs. This position requires travel: When active projects are underway, the candidate can expect to be continuously deployed for extended periods, along with other assigned responsibilities. This is likely to end up being at least 50% of the time. Our Grants and Program Management Division is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team that includes federal, state, and local grants management experts, program managers, data and reporting managers, policy writers, and project staff who work collaboratively to deliver a diverse suite of services to support our clients. Our portfolio includes projects that span grants management, disaster recovery, including long-term housing recovery, sheltering, housing, urban planning, economic development, community engagement, and mitigation. The Senior Grant Manager role requires an individual with a background in Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs at the federal, state, or local level, with a deep knowledge of CDBG-DR programs in particular. Knowledge of the American Rescue Plan (ARPA), Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) programs is also beneficial. The position will support or lead HUD CDBG-DR programs and may also support or lead projects funded through other federal and state grant sources.
