Under the direction of the Government Move Supervisor, the Senior Government Services Coordinator provides higher level service support to military and government transferees. Coordinating and acting as main POC to assist with logistical areas of transferees’ move from point of origin to destination. Position is accountable for file management, customer satisfaction and mentorship to other team members. Position interacts with several service areas within the organization, including Customer Service, Operations, Accounting, International, and Claims, as well as higher level positions including senior leadership to ensure that all relocation activities are performed in accordance with contractual and industry guidelines.
