Raytheon is seeking a Senior Government Property Administrator, who will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon business processes, contract requirements, and regulations. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support property lifecycle (i.e., acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, relief of stewardship, or contract closure).

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years' experience.
  • Experience with either Government Property, Logistics, and or Supply Chain.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • NPMA Certification: CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM
  • Working knowledge of SAP system
  • Government Contracting and Finance
  • Experience supporting DCMA and Customer Audits
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate positive customer relationships
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS Clauses related to managing Government Property

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submitting required property reports
  • Participating in internal assessments and external audits
  • Reviewing contracts for government property requirements
  • Providing property control training to program personnel
  • Life cycle management of Government Property
  • Maintaining accurate property records
  • Completing annual physical inventory
  • Interacting with internal and external customer representatives
  • Monitoring property in possession of subcontractors
  • Other management duties, as directed
