Senior Golf Club Repair Technician
About The Position
We have an opening for a Part Time Golf Club Technician to perform club repairs and modifications. Basic club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for the game. Requirements
- 3+ years of advanced club-building experience.
- 3+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales.
- Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights.
- Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles.
- High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets.
- Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets.
- Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.
Responsibilities
- Regripping, lie and loft adjustments
- Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion
- Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications
- Verify all repair orders for accuracy
- Maintain an orderly workstation
- Monitor inventory
