As HID advances toward its next stage of global scale, effective management of our real estate and indirect spend portfolios becomes essential to operational stability, cost efficiency, and readiness for 2030. The Senior Manager, Global Real Estate & Indirect Spend Strategy plays a central role in this progress by integrating planning, analytics, and execution across regions and business areas. This role delivers the financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance insights that guide footprint decisions, supplier strategies, consolidation opportunities, and acquisition‑related integration. It provides a forward‑looking view of how HID operates—covering space requirements, supplier dependencies, contract structures, service delivery, and total cost—enabling leaders to make confident, data‑driven decisions. Partnering closely with Business Areas, corporate functions, and ASSA ABLOY, the Senior Manager ensures both Real Estate and Indirect Spend operate with consistent standards, reliable data, and predictable outcomes. Responsibilities include stewardship of spend and real estate metrics, development of business intelligence tools, oversight of program delivery, and coordination with outsourced partners to ensure commitments are met. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong presence, and the ability to influence without escalating. Acting as a connective tissue across teams, the Senior Manager enhances predictability, reduces surprises, strengthens budget and supplier discipline, and helps shape a footprint and cost structure that can scale with HID’s growth
