About The Position

Join Philips as a dynamic Senior Global Product Manager/Owner to drive feature delivery in an Agile environment by defining and prioritizing backlog requirements, collaborating with Product Management, and maximizing team value to fulfill Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) business objectives. Your role: Oversee the End-to-end (E2E) lifecycle management process to align with strategic objectives, ensuring value propositions and business cases effectively communicate benefits and justify investments. Review and finalize these propositions to support decision-making and align with business strategies and future portfolio changes. Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness. Oversee the completion of deliverables such as feature descriptions, value propositions, and cost materials. Coordinate claim roadmap development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize claims based on market trends and regulatory requirements. Continuously optimize strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs. Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance product credibility and market influence, driving engagement through advisory boards and educational initiatives. Measure impact on market adoption and positioning. Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective market entry. Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams to enhance their effectiveness. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role. Requirements

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years of professional experience (with a Bachelor’s Degree) or 5+ years of professional experience (with a Master’s Degree) with 5+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Business or Systems Analyst, or Product Manager.
  • You have 4+ years in a role associated with healthcare and/or medical device and software development in a regulated environment.
  • You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You have the ability to travel to customer and company sites domestically and internationally. Travel is not expected to exceed 10-20%.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA, or Cambridge, MA.

Nice To Haves

  • Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS platforms is a plus.
  • You have experience with Salesforce, RCM software, EHR integrations and SAP (a plus).
  • Your skills include a general understanding of Cardiology, Electro-physiology or Interventional Cardiovascular products and you have knowledge of international healthcare systems, standards, and regulations (also a plus).
