About The Position
At Johnson Controls, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our Commercial Refrigeration (PENN) product portfolio. This role is critical in driving product innovation, market competitiveness, and revenue growth across North America and global markets. The Senior Global Product Manager serving as the primary interface between market needs and engineering execution, will define and drive the product roadmap for a portfolio of electromechanical to smart electronic products in the HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration. Leveraging deep domain knowledge and customer insights, the product manager will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements definition through design validation and commercial launch. This position is based onsite at our Glendale, WI, facility. Candidates must be commuting distance or able/willing to relocate.
