Role Purpose: To identify, develop, and nurture new ICP acquisition within Corporate Payments and FX Risk Management that drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence. The Senior Global Payments Associate acts as a key link between prospective clients and the organization, leveraging market research, networking, and consultative engagement to build strong relationships and convert leads into long-term partnerships, in collaboration with the Sales & Regional Directors. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a critical role in the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar lead generation/sales role
  • A solid track record in a role with a sales background
  • Demonstrated ability to devise and deliver lead generation activities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent negotiation and motivational skills
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft D365 is an asset)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a Fintech or Bank is an asset.
  • Knowledge of global payments, FX, and financial services is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Prospect & qualify new ICP leads and meetings through proactive outreach, including emails, outbound calls, LinkedIn, events.
  • Representing Moneycorp as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Approaching key decision makers and influencers within the Office of the CFO & Payment Network teams to understand the prospects payment solution requirements with associated inefficiencies and challenges.
  • Represent Moneycorp at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within target sectors
  • Utilize appropriate electronic tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and Microsoft D365, to communicate with prospects and with the group
  • Ensure all sales activities, communications and opportunities are recorded and updated accurately in a timely manner within D365.
  • Provide accurate monthly reporting to manager
  • General organizational and administrative support for Regional & Sales Directors.
  • Collaboration: Partner and interact closely with the Sales Team to develop a pipeline in key verticals.
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams to align on campaign targets and objectives.
  • Working in partnership with the Sales & Regional Directors to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
