Requirements

7+ years of experience in progressive marketing and product management.
Core Lab Diagnostics IVD experience required.
Proficiency in understanding global markets and cross-country collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay is strongly preferred.
MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

End to end product ownership including product definition and go-to-market strategies.
Develop customer insights to support marketing strategies and product positioning.
Create competitive selling strategies to differentiate products in the market.
Work with design teams to ensure customer requirements are met for product development.
