About The Position

The Senior Global HR Core Process Consultant will be hands-on process expert to lead initiatives focused on process design, optimization, and ongoing enhancement, all with a sharp focus on user experience and operational excellence. This role will support the build out of ServiceNow HRSD and the building of HR processes through smart design and continuous improvement. The Senior Global HR Core Process Consultant will support our innovation efforts—leveraging automation, driving efficiency, and creating seamless, intuitive experiences for our employees.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in process design, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, but will consider experience with SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors, especially in process configuration, optimization, or implementation within HR systems.
• Demonstrated experience working with HR-related processes, including process mapping, analysis, and implementation.
• Advanced English level – both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in multinational environments.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SIG).
• Experience in HR digital transformation initiatives, including the reengineering or automation of HR processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners to align and implement the process strategy for a specific set of processes, including setting priorities and defining roadmaps, resources, responsibilities and tools.
• Monitor and implement continuous improvement best practices.
• Analyzes process data to support process mining efforts and enable continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Partners to find opportunities for process and workflow standardization and improvement with a focus on eliminating process deficiencies and improving customer and employee experience.
• Recommends actionable plans to implement efficient and effective process improvement through process excellence practices.
• Develop and handle continuous improvement plans for projects with low cost and risk to reach and sustain project goals.
• Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business needs.
• Design end-to-end HR processes by working directly with HR teams to understand workflows and pain points, and translate them into structured, technology-supported procedures.
• Creates, reviews and documents global policies, standard operating procedures, work instructions and job aids for a specific set of processes, ensuring compliance with the business process management standards.
• Identifies and analyzes knowledge gaps and training needs, recommends training approaches and materials, and delivers standard process training and certification.
• Evaluate, update, and optimize existing processes within HR systems (ServiceNow) to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Ensures support of enterprise resource planning and other systems deployment projects to facilitate business readiness and technology enablement decisions.
• Monitors post-deployment process performance and takes process stabilization measures.
• Partners to define key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and monitor the impact of process improvements and process changes.
• Identifies and recommends risk mitigation options, benchmarks metrics both internally and externally to maintain competitive performance.
• Analyzes process variation needs and influences to maintain harmonization, standardization and simplification where differentiation does not add value.
• Maintains process documentation up-to-date and compliant with business process management standards and takes actions to adopt taxonomy changes in the appropriate timeframe.
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement within HR, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Engages with relevant partners to align the implementation of process strategy and key process initiatives, assess change impact, and ensure successful implementation of process solutions.
