About The Position

Cribl is seeking a Senior Alliances Marketing Manager with experience in B2B alliances and cloud service provider marketing. You will drive strategic marketing initiatives to maximize the business impact of Cribl’s joint solutions with our key cloud service provider partnerships - AWS, Microsoft, and Google. This role encompasses developing comprehensive go-to-market demand generation strategies, creating alliance messaging and materials, and identifying and influencing market opportunities with CSPs all while cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and analyzing results for the biggest impact. You will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our Alliances program and success in this role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong alliance-building and execution skills.

Requirements

  • 4 - 7+ years of alliance and/or partner marketing experience; B2B SaaS start-up and cloud service provider experience preferred.
  • Experience working with cloud service providers like AWS, Microsoft, and Google and an understanding of their co-marketing programs, partner incentives, and GTM motions.
  • Familiarity with the Cloud Marketplaces and their demand generation tools.
  • Outcomes-driven, analytical, customer-first and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs.
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively and asynchronously with product, technical, sales, channel, marketing and the exec team to impact early and late stage pipeline.
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and industry events.
  • A high bar in everything you and your team do - quality, creativity, execution and productivity.
  • Have a flexible and pragmatic mindset and the ability to think quickly on your feet with little supervision at times and adaptability to a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for hyperscalers and technology alliance partners that emphasize our joint value propositions and ensure alignment with Cribl’s overall business objectives.
  • Strategically plan and tactically execute effective marketing programs that drive revenue for alliance programs and strengthen these partnerships globally.
  • Develop and own 360° Marketing Plans for the CSP in portfolio once sales goals are defined, ensuring complete alignment with GTM priorities.
  • Work closely with product marketing, product engineering, and business development in creating strategic messaging and positioning for joint product offerings such as case studies, joint product briefs, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the global CSP alliance partner teams and internal stakeholders and motivate the partner to provide additional joint marketing opportunities.
  • Manage co-marketing/MDF budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Measure and report on joint campaigns with alliance partners, making recommendations for improvements.
