About the Role: The Senior Account Manager at Onit is a quota bearing sales position responsible for retention, contract renewals and cross-sell/up-sell into a portfolio of Onit customers. A critical requirement for this role is building strong relationships (internally and externally), including key executives/decision makers and other stakeholders. This role will liaise with cross functional internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Support in support of providing a best-in-class customer experience.
