As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead projects end to end-from initial strategy through successful execution-while championing innovation and upholding excellence in safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Leveraging your deep expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and construction support, you will tackle challenging engineering conditions and deliver practical solutions. You will also build and strengthen client relationships that drive project success and support continued business development. Through mentoring junior engineers and managing project workflows, you will improve operational efficiency, refine best practices, and contribute to the ongoing growth and effectiveness of the team. Technical Expertise: Apply advanced geotechnical engineering principles to assess foundation performance, slope stability, and settlement, while recommending effective ground modification or improvement strategies. Client Engagement & Mentorship: Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project partners to ensure alignment and progress, while coaching and supporting junior engineers and contributing to S&ME's continued growth. Reporting & Business Development: Prepare clear, comprehensive engineering reports, develop well-structured project proposals, and participate in marketing and client relationship-building efforts. Leadership & Standards: Lead by example by upholding company policies and best practices, with a strong emphasis on safety, risk management, project delivery, and quality control.
