Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects and teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Ability to develop and grow business opportunities through client interaction and industry engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations, foundation and earthen structure analyses, and seismic site assessments.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing geotechnical engineering team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering reliable solutions and responsive communication.
• Support pursuit of new projects and markets through proposal preparation and strategic growth initiatives.
