Senior Genesys Cloud CX Architect (Remote)
About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer experience through innovative technology solutions. Requirements
- 7 years of experience with technology solution delivery and integration, preferably in consulting roles with Fortune 500 companies.
- 4+ years of deep experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including successful implementations in large enterprises.
- Experience with migrating from Genesys PureCloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of contact center tools and processes.
- Skills in Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud, Machine Learning, and Generative AI are advantageous.
- Experience with other contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect is a plus.
- Ability to interact with customers and senior-level personnel, potentially up to C-suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Genesys Cloud: AI â Digital Bots & Knowledge.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with migrating from Genesys PureCloud is a plus.
- Skills in Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud, Machine Learning, and Generative AI are advantageous.
- Experience with other contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical product leadership within the Solution Architect and Development teams and throughout the Professional Services organization both in person and remotely.
- Monitor Genesys product roadmap and communicate updates to pertinent stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage within Genesys platform and address roadmap impacts to current processes and offerings.
- Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver technical Proofs of Concept.
- Create and present technical presentations to stakeholders.
- Build and demonstrateGenesys capabilities across various digital channels and functionalities.
- Review RFP/SOW requirements while leading solution design and refining solution completion estimates to support sales.
