KidStrong Managers are the leaders of the center -- it is the responsibility of the Senior General Manager to foster a culture of learning and development for both their coaches and leaders as well as the families that attend the center. We are seeking a Senior General Manager who is a talented, welcoming, and engaging - a leader who is focused on defining and driving goals while delivering an exceptional experience for the kids, families, and team members. The goal of the Senior General Manager is to develop and train their leadership team, coaching team and build close relationships with their members. This role will be responsible for delivering key business results such as sales performance and lowering member attrition.
