Senior GenAI Data Scientist Remote Job Summary The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions to derive insights from large-scale, fragmented, and unstructured data. The position focuses on building robust Python-based data pipelines, applying state-of-the-art techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, and embedding optimization, and ensuring scalable deployment on Azure using MLOps best practices. The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to productionize, monitor, and continuously improve models through experimentation, A/B testing, and metrics-driven iterations, ultimately delivering reliable and high-impact AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement ML and GenAI solutions for fragmented, large-scale, and unstructured datasets.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows in Python for ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Apply advanced techniques like RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and embedding optimization for improved performance.
• Work with large databases, data warehouses, and integrate across multiple sources with ambiguity handling.
• Deploy models using Azure, ensuring scalability and governance with MLOps best practices.
• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for productionization and monitoring of models.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics-driven insights and iterative refinements.
